This website started as a way to share my passion for comedy and my journey to become more enriched in the stand-up culture. Now, the focus of website will be to document and display all of who I am and what I love to do.
While this site will still mainly serve to brag and farm appraisal from friends and relatives for my wide knowledge in completely unconnected fields, this project should also serve to fight the imposter syndrome every young engineering student will suffer from at some stage.
I tricked my boyfriend into a “romantic getaway” and traveled with him to Manchester and Liverpool to visit local comedy clubs and my biggest inspiration in comedy at the time, James Acaster. I now have a list of 576 comedians that I have come across somewhere or might still want to check out.
My favourite stand-up shows are from Maisie Adam, Rhys James, Kenan Gill, Peter Pannenkoek, Pieter Derks, Jan-Jaap van der Wal and well… James Acaster.
At the end of this year, I will try to start making open-mic appearances myself to finally pursue doing stand-up.
Learning Music ProductionTo record and create my own songs.
Designing This WebsiteFor personal branding (among friends).

A Kaggle competition challenge I completed with my classmate as homework for a ML course. This was my first ML project.
I have worked on the Digital Signal Processing of this university project on early stress detection using AI for preventive health care.
We used ECG, EMG, EDA, respiration, temperature and acceleration sensors for a wearable prototype to perform live stress detection. In our prototype we used a lot of wires to reduce hardware cost, but the product in mind would of course be made wireless.
I will always look back on this project with great joy, partially because of our great results and cool topic, but mainly because of my amazing team mates and supervisor.
For my BSc thesis I constructed Neuroimaging ASD Analyser (NASDA) prototype. Me and my teammate were responsible for the classification, pipeline and the GUI of the project.
The prototype displays the different efficiencies of our chosen classifiers for different demographics and tries to map out the most significant average differences in the brains of the subjects with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) compared to those without ASD.
